We accept returned item(s) that have been booked with our support team.
Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
Store credit is valid for 6 months.
Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with QC tags attached (if it is cut, return won't be accepted), unworn, unwashed and unstained.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it can take up to 2 days to process your return and issue your store credit.
We'll send a confirmation email so you know when your credit is ready to use.
You will need to cover the return postage. (you can use the store credit to pay the postage.)
Faulty Items
You will need to check the garment(s) for fault before you cut the tags.
And you should follow the washing instruction carefully. Once the garment(s) are washed, or the tags are cut, we can not accept it as faulty for return.
You will need to upload photos of the fault, and we will offered you store credit once the item has been deemed a fault by the warehouse.
